My daughter had a tricky orthodontic problem with an unemerged canine tooth located in the roof of her mouth. The NHS option for treatment involved some fairly unpleasant surgery. My daughter is in specialist music education and was very anxious that her treatment would affect her playing. Beatrice has been very sensitive to her concerns, tailoring the programme of work to her schedule of performances, competitions and masterclasses, and the treatment has enabled the problem tooth to be gently guided into the correct postition without surgery. My daughter has had no problems playing her flute and the whole programme has been completed more quickly than initially thought, with no discomfort. Brilliant! We have been so impressed by the whole process.

Having been a child of the 60s (okay late 50s), I grew up in mortal fear of dentists with the result that my teeth were always an emarrassment. I consulted Gavin who is approachable, friendly and understanding who gave me advice in real layman's terms about possible treatments and what they would involve including cost.
