I attended the Leeds clinic on 21/11/2015. My initial consultation was in Manchester but I had to travel to Leeds for my surgery. My care was second to non and the staff were welcoming. , friendly and put me at ease. It was explained to me that there was no guarantee that the procedure would work so I went into it with my eyes wide open, expecting nothing. My snoring was horrendous and made me feel depressed about it so I was willing to try anything. Mr Verma made a lovely job of my throat, the pain was not as bad as I thought it would be. The best thing is I no longer snore AT ALL. Thankyou Mr Verma you did a brilliant job
