I used my private medical insurance to be seen quickly by the orthopaedic shoulder consultant at the Croydon Day Hospital. It was so easy to book the appointment and be seen by the incredibly professional orthopaedic shoulder doctor who diagnosed my shoulder problem painlessly. I had all the different investigations within a few weeks and a diagnosis given so quickly.. I can now return to work without always being in pain. I didn't expect a hospital to be in an office block but it is and hidden away on the 9th floor of the iNTERCHANGE building based in West Croydon. I was offered free onsite parking which is at the back of the building but I decided to get the tram which stopped in front of iNTERCHANGE. All the staff at the Croydon Day Hospital was extremely helpful and kind. I couldn't believe how big it was. The reception and consultant rooms have breath-taking views which helped take my mind of the pain I had been in for many weeks before seeing the consultant. Everyone needs to visit this hospital it is truly amazing .... all private hospitals should look like this one.
