I underwent a breast reduction and received an overnight stay. The room was prepared and really comfortable and lots of effort had been made for it to be as relaxed as possible. The room was ensuite with flowers and a little bag of essentials for the stay including a complimentary dressing gown and slippers. The staff were very friendly and supportive throughout.

The procedure went ahead professionally and the surgeon and anaesthetist came to say hello and check everything was ok beforehand. I am very happy with the overall treatment. The only downside was that I was contacted a week before the surgery about any preferences or requirements and whilst I explained that I was vegan this was not passed on and as such not available as it should have been. However the administration voiced that she would aim to sort this issue out.

As an outpatient I received weekly checkups by the same nurse adding consistently. The nurse was highly knowledgeable and also warm and caring and offered treatment for as long as I felt it was required.
