Very helpful and kind. Surgeons all professional and explain what they are going to do and why regarding your treatment. My first experience was not straightforward and needed patience because of extreme sensitivity but the end result good. My second experience in December was different and everything back to normal almost immediately. Staff /Receptionists are considerate - only negative side is the very small waiting area before and after the operation where people are coming and going to speak to Receptionists. Too much going on in such a small area but it would not put me off.
