Liz is the best reflexologist I have ever come across. I do not say this lightly as I have trained in reflexology myself and have experienced treatments from many different therapists. Liz is a wonderfully caring person and I always feel uplifted when I have seen her.

I don't normally write reviews, but Liz Hansford's foot massage and aromatherapy treatment were amazing. I felt so relaxed and chilled out afterward for the rest of the week. Liz is the most reassuring therapist you could hope for: thoughtful, sympathetic and gentle. She is a real expert in her field.
