Care was excellent. Nurses were all very thorough and caring. Hospital was clean and well maintained. Room and hospital bed were very comfortable. Even the food was better than expected. Follow up treatment so far has also be very good. Pricing was more than fair - I was self funding. My only complaint was that the administration side pre-admission was a little slow and they left paperwork to the last minute which wasn't great to be sorting out the morning of the surgery. But other than that - no complaints and very satisfied that I chose to pay privately. I would definitely have further treatments at this hospital.

From the moment I checked in to when I left I felt totally cared for. The surgery went smoothly and was pain-free. Every day either the surgeon or anesthetist called in to check on me, which was reassuring. As far as the nursing staff, I cannot speak highly enough of them. They are true nurses in every sense, they completed their regular duties efficiently and with care, from bed-baths to injections, nothing was too much trouble. They also took the time to pass the time of day so that one never felt isolated. The on-going outpatient care is equally as good.
