I don't have adequate superlatives to express how wonderful Ann is - she is completely brilliant and I am endlessly grateful to have consulted her for various issues my kids have had. Most recently, my son had a huge chalazion that we had been told would necessitate surgery... four weeks after being under Ann's wing it has grown out, and what's more his behaviour has completely transformed for the better.
