Jajini Varghese: Consultant Breast Surgeon in London
Ms Jajini Varghese is dual trained in Plastic Surgery and in Breast Oncology Surgery. Prior to her surgical training in London she completed her PhD in the genetics of breast cancer at the University of Cambridge. She is based at the London Breast Institute and The Princess Grace Hospital and is an Honorary Clinical Lecturer at University College London. She has a particular interest in applying the latest plastic surgical techniques to improve cosmetic outcomes after cancer surgery. This is usually done at the same time as the cancer operation. She is also able to discuss the risk of getting breast cancer in the future through genetic testing and offers personalised preventative and early detection strategies.
